The client will be requested to fill up RMA REQUEST FORM for our review and acquire a RMA Number as a formal acceptance of the Request form.
Upon receipt of the RMA commodity, a reconfirmation from the client is required if there is any discrepancy occurred between the state of the commodity and what is being recorded in the RMA Request Form; if the reconfirmation cannot be made within two weeks from the date of receipt of the RMA commodity, the commodity must be returned and any cost caused from this matter will be charged to the client.
During warranty, the commodity will be repaired thru regular RMA process; if it cannot be repaired at any case, a well-conditioned commodity should be replaced preferably with slightly-defect but normally-function item, or a new one otherwise.
The repair should be completed within 7 working Days limited that the repair. quantity is below 30 PCS. The completion time for quantity that above 30 PCS will be discussed and reconfirmed by both of parties.
The responsibility of in warranty RMA delivery falls on PROTECH SYSTEMS and the client; i.e. the client pay for the delivery cost from his office to PROTECH SYSTEMS, while PROTECH SYSTEMS pay for the delivery cost returning the commodity; each party covers his own custom clearance fee. |
