Taipei, Taiwan- Protech has finished another successful year at Computex IT exhibition, the second largest in the world. Protech showcased its three major product categories including Point of Sale, Applied Computer and Embedded Board. New products on the show by Protech were Photo Kiosk, Fanless Panel PC, Digital Signage and Intel Core Processor Embedded Boards.  

Protech's POS solution focused on Pentium M POS system, Photo Kiosk (PS-6505-KIS) and Wireless POS terminal. Its versatile solution gives customer great advantage in software integration. Various POS products can be widely applied in hospitality, foodservice and retailing business.

Protech's Industrial system products are the latest Fanless Panel PC (PPC-7500F), Fanless Industrial Controller PC and Pentium M Book PC. On the other hand, Fanless is the most significant point that Protech emphasized this year. It offers longer life cycle and more durable solution to customers.   

With innovative R&D capability, Protech exhibited mini-ITX and ATX industrial motherboard based on latest Intel Core Processor + Intel 945GM platform. It provides optimized tradeoff for performance and power consumption. Moreover, Protech also displayed four industrial boards based on VIA mark processor which combines CPU and CLE266 Northbridge into one component onboard. All the products will be ready and compliance for RoHS and WEEE Directive.  

Meanwhile, products are also invited to be showcased in Intel and Microsoft booth. In Intel demonstration, Protech exhibited its Yonah platform mini-ITX board; In Microsoft demonstration, Protech displayed photo kiosk with color card printer. It did not only attract quite stream of visitors, but also prove the strong partnership with global IT leaders.
